IKON 2020 is a TRUE USER CONFERENCE. This isn’t your standard small business conference. It’s a conference where you’ll come and learn what’s going on with Keap/Infusionsoft, you’ll see examples and case studies of how businesses like yours are leveraging the software, and you’ll participate in “Get ‘R’ Done Workshops” where you’ll actually build and launch campaigns. Not to mention the amazing opportunity to network and connect with other business owners and Infusionsoft/Keap experts.
We’ve always had a no-refund policy, which hasn’t been a problem in the past. So, we’re continuing with our standard no-refund policy. But, in the case of COVID-19, if the event must be cancelled or changed to a virtual event, ticket holders can request a full refund and cancellation of their ticket, or a partial refund and convert their ticket to a virtual event ticket.
It’s a little confusing, right? When Infusionsoft/Keap decided not to hold an annual user conference 3 years ago, we decided to step in and fill that role and we called the event SuccessCon. For two years we ran SuccessCon (it’s technically a separate entity from Box Out Marketing, but it was our Box Out team running the events). We ran the events as community events, inviting all our competitors and friends to come participate as speakers and sponsors. It was never intended to be a Box Out promo event. Keap is now taking the reins with the event again. So, IKON is an official Keap event. Since we already had the event planning and the team in place, SuccessCon LLC will be executing the event on behalf of Keap this year (almost acting as an outsourced event planning company). Next year Keap will run IKON independently of SuccessCon and Box Out Marketing.
Here’s what I’d recommend….Go to the Keap Official User Group on Facebook and post a question asking if IKON is worth attending. See the responses you get. This is a little risky for me. You might get answers I don’t want you to hear. But, my guess is you’ll get really positive responses. Year after year this event has been a game-changer for hundreds of businesses. People get the inspiration they need, the exact action steps they need, and the connections they need to completely change the trajectory of their business. You can do that too. Go ask.
