Refund Policy

IKON tickets are non-refundable, but they ARE transferrable.

If you’ve purchased a ticket and are not able to attend for some reason, we encourage you to offer your ticket for sale in one of the Facebook groups below.

Especially if you’ve purchased an early-bird ticket at a discounted rate, you should be able to sell your ticket as the event gets closer to someone who needs a ticket.

COVID-19 Update

The health and safety of our attendees is our top priority. We have been actively monitoring the evolving situation related to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Our policies are designed to accommodate the needs of our attendees and we will continue to review them as the situation progresses. Should circumstances arise such that the attendee is prevented from participating in the Event as a direct result of mandatory government imposed travel restriction, and/or quarantine conditions imposed by governmental/local authorities, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer the amount of the registration fee only to a future edition of the event. We are not responsible for and will not refund individual or corporate attendees for any other expenses related to your planned conference attendance. These expenses include, but are not limited to, transportation costs such as airline or train tickets and related fees, hotel reservations, or any other expenses.
