Benjamin Sypher is currently a Customer Success Manager with 6 years of experience working alongside customers to bring their dreams to life via Infusionsoft/Keap. He served on the coaching, professional services, and services design teams before his current role and has worked with thousands of businesses. Prior to his time with us, he worked in the cycling industry, using data and analytics to create productivity tracking systems. That led him to an opportunity on the west coast as a business analyst for a major healthcare company. At the end of the day, his passion for working with entrepreneurs drew him to Infusionsoft (now Keap). When he isn’t working through a business assessment, action plan, or email analytics review, you can find him in the outdoors with his family. He enjoys fishing for small mouth bass in the mountains of Arizona, hiking, mountain biking, and has a goal of thru hiking the Pacific Crest Trail with his family.
