What would you do if you knew you could not fail?
This question has guided Melissa throughout her career, from her grade school beginnings as a bicycle newspaper delivery girl, to competitive snowboarder, inner city math teacher, and ultimately as a strategy consultant for mission-driven growth stage companies.
A growth strategist for the past seven years, Melissa spent the last two of them as the Director of Strategic Projects at the Nutritional Therapy Association where she worked with the team to launch Infusionsoft across six departments, migrate disparate legacy data, wrangle a handful of Infusionsoft integrations, and create a full suite of customer lifecycle and department workflow automations, along with a system of process documentation and asset management that collaboration across a distributed, remote team required. She also directed the Infusionsoft launches of the NTA’s first on-demand online course, online course registration for their flagship courses, and their digital referral partner program.
She believes that passionate teams are unstoppable when they have the right tools and empowers her clients to build creative solutions that leverage current resources to reach their future potential. Despite being a total tech nerd at work, she loves analog downtime with her favorite people, solo silent retreats, and random DIY projects. She lives on the central California coast with her fiancé, his son, and their spunky pug mix.
